The HJC RPHA 91 is built for long-haul riders who demand comfort without compromise. Engineered for low-noise performance and all-day wear, this modular touring helmet features the advanced P.I.M. EVO shell — a composite of carbon-aramid, carbon fiber, fiberglass, organic fabric, and linen fiber — for maximum impact resistance with minimal weight.

The redesigned chin bar mechanism delivers a tight, aerodynamic seal that reduces wind drag and cheek pressure. Inside, the 3D-engineered liner uses antibacterial, moisture-wicking materials and is tailored for comfort even on extended rides. Vision is sharp and wide thanks to the distortion-free HJ-37 shield and multi-step HJ-V17 internal sun visor.

Bluetooth-ready, the RPHA 91 integrates seamlessly with the latest SMART HJC 2nd Gen systems (sold separately), co-developed with SENA.
